With a property with such a beautiful Italianate exterior, it was important to create an interior that made the inside just as successful as the outside. To bring the existing living spaces together into a seamless whole, it took moving a series of entire rooms, and even a staircase. It was important for the energy to remain uninterrupted from the front dining area through the pantry, kitchen, and rear family room.
